Prowatch security systems of Ayrshire has been incorporated into CSS as of April 2011.
CSS are currently opening a new Ayrshire office within Irvine to accommodate Prowatch staff. This expansion further into Ayrshire by CSS underlines its commitment to both existing CSS customers and new prospective customers alike.
Paul Connelly MD of CSS explained "the number of Customers being supported within CSS operations in Ayrshire is now over four thousand valued customers. It was important for us to secure a locally based customer services centre to ensure quick response to customers needs by local staff familiar with the logistics of such a vibrant and forward thinking area of Scotland."
The move into the new Irvine office will be in May 2011.

Most new generation intelligent CSS security systems link to our 24h hour alarm receiving centre. When we receive a confirmed alarm we will notify the Police service and a nominated key-holder to attend your home.
