All of the security systems that C.S.S install have the back up of continuous customer support services. Our genuine 24-hour emergency service has been at out customer's disposal since 1986.
Our dedicated team of service and maintenance engineers are on hand day and night to respond to service requirements both pro-active and re-active circumstances. Our domestic clients can usually choose to have an arranged maintenance inspection of their security system. In commercial cases our service department will commit to a request for same day service if the call is placed before 9.30am. We do operate a response time of four hours to an emergency call out. C.S.S do tend to respond to emergency callouts well within this time frame at an average time of approx 50 - 90 minutes. All security systems that are monitored must be covered by an ongoing preventative maintenance agreement in line with both the Police alarms policy and the requirements of the insurance industry.
Security systems that are regularly maintained do perform and work well as problems that can be detected during the maintenance visits prevent un-necessary callouts in future months. These callouts are deemed as false alarms and can often result in the downgrading of police service response as well as having service insurance implications in terms of reduction in risk covered and increases in the excess liability resting with you.
