Andrew Knight has been a key member of the CSS management team for a number of years following his promotion from sales surveyor to sales manager then onto general manager in 1999. Andrew joined the company in 1994 and brought a new dimension to the business orchestrating implementation of our extensive IT network. As well as monitoring customer feedback and developing new business markets, Andrew is responsible for ensuring the staff at C.S.S meet our customer’s expectations in delivering a quality service from enquiry through to after sales service. Andrew is always looking at ways to deliver a better service and develop long-term business relationships with old and new customers alike.

Jim McBride has been a member of the C.S.S survey staff for nine years following over thirty years Police Service. Jim looks after the domestic market in all areas.

Michael Connelly is a C.S.S fire alarm design system surveyor and has a vast knowledge on the requirements of all aspects of fire alarms standards to meet with current legislation.

David Connelly has been with the company from 1992 starting off as an apprentice in the engineering department, he advanced to become engineering supervisor in 2002 before joining the sales team in 2005. David takes care of our customers in Glasgow, South of the River Clyde, Ayrshire and South Lanarkshire
