Cheers to 35 Years at CSS: John McDaid’s Journey with us
Honouring a Dedicated Team Member
Exceptional congratulations to our very own John McDaid who celebrated thirty-five years of service with our family business on Tuesday 13th February.
John has been in our DNA for much longer than his service here. John worked with both Pat Connelly (retired) and our CEO Paul Connelly away back in Maxim Alarms in the late 1970s. He was an installation systems engineer in the early 1980s with Modern Alarms before joining us here at CSS in 1989 as a senior installation engineer. John’s career progressed into our Alarm Receiving Centre where he rose to become Manager.
John has been a very supportive and dedicated member of the team with an exceptional work ethic. ‘John is a true gentleman and he always has been’, Paul Connelly said to his co-workers in a heartwarming speech at the office.
John celebrated the occasion with his work colleagues and was presented with some gifts and lots of cakes. John says there is plenty left in the tank and his intentions are to continue his working life as part of the team here in the years ahead.
