Who owns and operates the ARC?
CSS fully owns and operates the ARC. 

Who benefits from the ARC?
CSS use the ARC for the benefit of our own customers. Third party installers also ask CSS to monitor their customer’s premises.

What is it used for?
To monitor intruder alarms, fire alarms & CCTV through our Bold Gemini Alarm Monitoring Software. We also monitor CCTV through Immix CCTV monitoring software.

How does it work?
When an alarm signal is received on our Bold Gemini Alarm Software, we contact the premises key holders or relevant authorities depending on the instructions linked to the site or alarm type.

We monitor alarms through CSL Dualcom, BT Redcare and Digital Communicator signalling devices and monitor CCTV with Dedicated Micros, Adpro and Avigilon devices.

When is it available?
Our control room is manned 24 hours a day – 7 days a week, with a minimum of 2 people. The Control-room has a generator backup system which enables us to operate up to 48 hours during a power outage.

What’s the area of coverage?
We cover Scotland for systems with Police/Fire response and UK wide for key-holder only response.
