CSS at Business Beats Cancer Glasgow 2024
Gala Raises an Incredible £70,965 for Cancer Research UK
We are beyond thrilled to share the amazing success of the Business Beats Cancer Glasgow Gala, where an amazing £70,965 was raised in support of Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work across Scotland.
This incredible achievement was a testament to the unwavering generosity and support of everyone involved – from the dedicated guests and sponsors to the inspirational speakers who made the evening unforgettable.
Sophie Harkins courageously shared her deeply personal and moving story, reminding us all why events like this are so important. We were also privileged to hear from Professor Seth Coffelt, who updated us on the crucial and cutting-edge research being conducted at the Cancer Research UK Scotland Centre, offering hope and progress for the future.

CSS was honoured to be the main event sponsor and we were delighted to contribute a luxury two-night stay at Cameron House, treating the auction winner to a magnificent experience featuring:
– Two nights’ stay at the iconic Scottish resort
– Dinner on both nights
– Breakfast for two days
– Full access to the resort’s top-tier facilities, including the leisure club, pool, spa and beauty treatments
Valued at over £1,100, this wonderful prize was a highlight of the evening, generating significant funds that will directly support Cancer Research UK’s ongoing efforts to fight cancer and improve lives across Scotland.
We would like to extend our deepest thanks to everyone who attended and supported this incredible cause. Your generosity is making a tangible difference in the lives of cancer patients and their families.
Together, we are making a difference!
