Over the past few years CSS has partnered up with an associate key holder service company. Our security guard key holder responds to alarm activations from our client premises to check them instead of our customers’ key holders.
This enables our customers to know they can relax in the evenings, holidays, weekends, etc in not needing to be “on call”. Also, with the low drink drive limit in Scotland, clients can relax in knowing they don’t need to take an unnecessary risk.
Trusted Security Service
Our partner key holding company and CSS have had an association for almost twenty years and they are regulated and audited by the SIA (Security Industry Authority) a government department to ensure best practice and standards is being maintained. All staff are vetted and undertake regular training encompassing best practice and Health & Safety.
CSS are your point of contact at all times while we administer and manage the contract as part of your maintenance and monitoring service. We simply add in the key holding service as an additional service to be provided. A risk assessment is undertaken and keys are collected during the risk assessment visit.
In terms of the cost it is £450+VAT per annum and £55+VAT for key holder response call outs.
