Major Industry Recognition for CSS Home Automation Project

We’re delighted to announce that Connelly Security Systems’ home automation division IDES has won Bronze in the Best International Installation category at this year’s URC Unsurpassed Awards.

In September 2026 we received our third award from industry leaders URC for IDES’s Highland House smart home project in Aberfeldy, which combined upgraded heating controls, multi-room audio and enhanced security.

This latest award win adds to an impressive track record of URC recognition for our home automation division, placing us among some of the best smart home installers in the world.

We previously claimed Gold in 2021 for our work on a Victorian home automation project on Grove Street, Edinburgh, and again took Gold in 2024 for our smart home installation at The Old Manse, an historic home in Scotland.
