Business Beats Cancer – Find Out How Much Was Raised

Last night (Thu 15 Sept 2022) it was Glasgow’s “Business Beats Cancer” annual charity fundraiser event.

The Scottish business community came together and raised a quite astonishing circa £160,000 over the course of the evening by a very generous crowd of like minded individuals.

Cancer Research UK is continuing the march ahead for cures. These cures are being sought by people like Dr Seth Coffelt (pictured right with Connelly Group Holdings CEO Paul Connelly) who’s a very humble and articulate actual brainbox and many, many others doing the spadework.

Thank you to all the back office and front of house individuals that make these events so successful and worthwhile. It was an honour to be part of the proceedings. I was quite touched by the spirit, and also humanity in the Central Hotel’s big room by those getting their dough out for the Glasgow BBC charity event.
