Helping to raise money for Kilbryde Hospice
CSS are always proud to help crucial support services in our community so we were happy to share a table at a charity night on Saturday 16th March in aid of Kilbryde Hospice.
Kilbryde Hospice is a charity based in East Kilbride which provides valuable palliative care for people with life limiting progressive illnesses as well as support for their relatives and carers.
After the event, which was a huge success, Ian Irvine of Kilbryde Hospice sent the following message:
“Thank you so much for supporting our event on Saturday Night.
“I am delighted to advise that we collectively raised £17,200 for the Hospice which exceeded our goal by some way. As you can see, Lesley and I (pictured) were thrilled to present a cheque earlier today for this amount.
“It was very satisfying for me to see that Lesley’s 6 months of hard work paid off with a well organised and smoothly run event that we could all enjoy to the fullest. For my part, I was overwhelmed with the spirit of goodwill from everyone, it was a truly uplifting experience for me and one that I will cherish.
“Kind regards and once again, thank you for your support.”
