CSS hospital generator fundraiser – thank you message from Ukraine
Hello, following on from a fundraiser I attended at Caledonian University in October please see below a link to the latest video that was sent to me.
As you can see at the end the gentleman (the Director of the War Victims Hospital in Drohobych) has a big smile on his face even although he and his fellow Ukrainian citizens have and continue to endure quite horrific circumstances at the hands of the aggravated illegal war at the hands of Mr Putin and his regime.
I’m delighted to let you know that Connelly Group Holdings has met our commitment to send the money for the three remaining generators to our contacts sooner than I anticipated. This was due to the need to help the Ukrainian people now in the urgency that winter brings – it’s very, very cold now. I’m hoping the logistics in getting them the 300 miles from the Czech Republic will be able to deliver all three together. This will make so much of a real difference to the people, especially the old, vulnerable and those that are sick.
On top of our businesses commitment I have a Go Fund Me page, and have made an appeal for an additional £10k to enable us to purchase a further two generators (they are £5k each).
We are close to getting to the target number so if you can, please join those that have bought into our humanitarian goal in doing a little that means a lot, even life saving. Please visit my Go Fund Me page to donate.
Finally, from the bottom of my heart thank you to those that have helped thus far. The cold weather here only very recently does focus the mind somewhat in making us appreciate what we take for granted to live in peace. Freedom was taken away from the Ukrainian people less than a year ago. We have a war in Europe in a country who’s people are just like us. Please help them.
