Neighbourhood Watch new initiative to beat crime in Scotland

As part of CSS’s commitment to all matters of security we take a keen interest in initiatives carried out by Neighbourhood Watch Scotland.

Rural Watch Scotland was formally launched in 2017 by Neighbourhood Watch Scotland in partnership with Scottish Partnership Against Rural Crime (SPARC) and the Scottish Neighbourhood ALERT Users Group. Since then has gone from strength to strength in its aim of keeping rural communities informed about security issues. To this end there are now 60 trained police officers throughout Scotland use the Neighbourhood ALERT community messaging system.
