CSS is now a Living Wage Employer

Our business is delighted to have been accredited as a “Living Wage Employer “in Scotland last month.

CSS is all about family values, ethos, ethics, inclusion, and charity too. We are passionate about the welfare about our people because they fly the flag for us in a competitive market place, on the front line so to speak. If our people are looking after our customers it’s our moral duty to look after them. Without our valued staff we don’t have a credible long term future.

Whilst the Scottish living wage is a national benchmark, it is our intention to continue to enable our people to earn more for their families in the years ahead. This, as well as other employee benefits, will follow in the early part of 2022. This is part of our strategy in getting those jobs across our businesses at the living wage baseline upward.

This can be achieved by teamwork, planning, and simply adopting good ideas from our employees via our team leaders to the management whilst also providing unrivalled service to our customers. They in turn value our services and that enables the business to share the love in meaningful ££ to our people. Everyone’s a winner.
