Brookfield Alarms is acquired by Connelly Group Holdings

Connelly Group Holdings has successfully acquired the Scottish family business and NSI Gold certified installer, Brookfield Alarms.

After over forty years of trading the owners of Brookfield Alarms Robert and Elaine MacIntyre have sold their business as a succession plan strategy. The area of trading for Brookfield is predominantly in the West of Scotland with a varied client base comprising commercial premises and homeowners.

All staff and engineering support personnel will be retained as part of the acquisition and Robert and Elaine will continue to be involved in advisory and support roles until they can fulfil their retirement plans to enjoy their retirement as the weather improves later in 2023.

This latest acquisition will add about 3,500 customers to the Connelly Group Holdings business.

Brookfield Alarms will continue to trade as normal from Brookfield (near Paisley) for the foreseeable future and will be rebranded as CSS in the years ahead.
