Coronavirus Update (COVID-19)

Following the UK Government’s decision to elevate its guidance relating to the coronavirus outbreak, we wanted to inform you of some of the key preparatory steps our business has taken this week.

We recognise that the coronavirus outbreak is a source of considerable concern and worry to all of us.  In the coming weeks the health and safety of our employees, customers and service partners will remain of paramount importance.

We have enacted our business disaster recovery plan which includes but is not limited to:

ALARM RECEIVING CENTRE (A.R.C)

1. A second fully operational A.R.C.
2. A remote fully operational A.R.C.
3. A home working A.R.C. fallback
4. A doubling of trained staff made available
5. Full testing of our back-up Power Resources

MAINTENANCE & SERVICE

1. Normal service will continue, and we have seconded staff to ensure we can (wherever possible) provide our 4hour response. 
2. We have circa 6 x months of service stock within the business

INSTALLATION

1. Normal service will continue (subject to parts availability)

OFFICE

1. We will continue to have manned offices Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00 hrs with additional home working for key personnel.

SALES

1. We will continue to offer a sales and design service

We have in place full plans for our business to ensure we can monitor your Intruder, Fire & CCTV systems and react to any servicing needs.  For most customers this will be a mandatory requirement in their Building & Contents Insurance.

It is essential that you pay your Maintenance & Monitoring invoices timeously to ensure continuity of these services.

We will continue to monitor Government and NHS guidance, and should we feel that this will impact our service delivery we will provide you with further advices on our website.

Working together will allow us to manage this difficult situation effectively and keep safe those that matter most to us at home, work and in the wider community.
