CSS Acquires Stirling Electrical, Expanding Electrical Work
Strategic Stirling Electrical acquisition brings new regional clients.
The recent acquisition of Stirling Electrical Services Ltd. by Connelly Security Systems (CSS) promises to bolster the company’s strong presence in the Stirling area. This key deal also propels CSS’s strategic vision to expand its service portfolio through mergers and acquisitions.
After adding fellow Stirling outfit GR Electrical just three years prior, CSS has now absorbed the impressive 27-year expertise of Stirling Electrical and its Managing Director, Scott McLean. His depth of experience across electrical installations, security systems, fire alarms and more makes this a prized pickup for CSS.
The deal echoes CSS’s pattern of growth through acquisition – over 35 successful buyouts spearheaded by Group CEO Paul Connelly over the past two decades. Paul Connelly emphasises that clients will enjoy continuity of service plus access to increased resources.
What Changes for Clients?
For Stirling Electrical clients, it’s business as usual. Scott McLean will stay at the helm to nurture the legacy he has built of reliability and trust among customers. The Stirling Electrical name will also be retained. Meanwhile, any fire and security elements will soon fall under the CSS brand when systems are due for standard inspection.
Another key improvement is integration with the CSS advanced 24-hour alarm monitoring centre in Glasgow. The switchover will happen seamlessly during routine upgrade visits.
Importantly, no disruptions to billing or ongoing service are anticipated. Staff numbers will grow rather than reduce, signalling CSS’s commitment to stimulate employment opportunities in Stirling’s local communities.
