CSS in move for alarms company

We have continued our acquisition drive with the purchase of fellow Scottish company Precision Alarms. The price paid for Precision Alarms, based at Bonnybridge near Falkirk, has not been disclosed. However, the acquisition was backed by a £560,000 funding package from Glasgow-based Clydesdale Bank. Precision Alarms, which was founded in 1981, was bought from Maurice and Nicola McInulty.

The purchase has boosted the workforce of Connelly Security Systems (CSS), which is based on the north side of Glasgow and has been trading as a family business since it was established in 1986, from 55 to 60. CSS’s total number of customers has climbed to about 28,000 on the back of the acquisition. About one-third of this customer base is residential. You can learn more on this from The Herald Scotland website CSS in move for alarms company.
