Further Expansion by CSS Ltd

CSS is pleased to announce that it has concluded the acquisition of NSI Gold Installer, T&D Security Systems Limited.
T&D is based in Whitburn, West Lothian and has been in business for over twenty five years. The purchase was undertaken due to founding director and owner Donald Firth retiring from the security industry, having successfully got to the finishing line.

Donald’s fellow owner and director Tommy McLean will continue to be involved in the business and has no plans to retire, (he says he is too young).

The Whitburn base and the T&D support staff and engineers will continue to deliver business as usual to T&D’s extensive customer base that stretches, like CSS’s, across Scotland.

Tommy stated, “We have known Paul Connelly (CSS MD) for over twenty years and it was a very natural fit for our business to join his. CSS will help to offer our customers more support and additional services as well as undertake a transfer of our alarm signalling systems back to a Scottish based alarm receiving centre”.

Now that T&D are part of the CSS family we are looking forward to the future.

This latest expansion of CSS follows on from acquisitions made of Pentland security (Scotland) and Castle Security Group, both based in the East of Scotland, in 2014.
