Google website enquiry to urgently quote to Replace Faulty Dual Checkpoint Rf pedestal systems for 2 double-door entrances as quickly as possible and detail our service support and warranty.

High quality Helly Hansen clothing and other goods were being protected by two old RF dual checkpoint systems with light plastic hard tags. Customer requested replacing with similar new RF pedestals with particular emphasis on ensuring minimal false alarms from pedestals near changing room area at waterfront doorway exit. There would be concrete floor conduit channelling to replace existing system cabling which has no conduit. Electrical spurs already in place for each.

Solution

During site survey with the customers electrical contractor and store manager it was identified that rather than RF protecting high value merchandise, CSS would be recommending Sensormatic AM frequency systems for market leading performance and protection. The existing RF tags would not be able to work with these new pedestals. AM systems work off a lower frequency which will raise protection levels in the store.
